Skied on Mississippi River on New Years Day a number of years – Dam it as cold!
We have 26 Master Craft’s on the lake & around 10 other inboard ski boats with about 200 houses/cabins
I’m on my 4th Master Craft
My 1st Master Craft (1973) is still on the lake 3 doors away. It has a 350 Chevy.

They didn’t have a choice – everyone skied
For 24 of 25 years we were the 1st ones skiing – started when the ice was still in part of the lake
One year I skied behind a float plane durung the July 4th Boat Parade
The Regulation Slalom Course has been in Half Moon Lake since 1959
We had a water ski jump in the late ’60’s & ’70’s
One year we pulled 10 skiers behind a Premier Pontoon with a 350 Chevy – Brovo 3
